Dear Mr Sim, My name is Shaun Yeow. Civil Engineer and formerly worked in Highway Planning Unit and given the opportunity by Confederation Of British Industry to study traffic circulation in the Midland UK. During festive season, all races are cramped into the north south highway. I like to suggest that during festive seasons, the toll rate for peak hour to be increased and the non peak hour to be decreased. For instance CNY, many Chinese citizen would like to travel back home to enjoy the reunion dinner. These Chinese commuters will have to pay, say double the toll rate from 9 am while entering the tolled highway. While those commuters who also like to go away for holidays during CNY but do not need to cramped with the Chinese commuters can choose to enter the highway at non peak hour, say 11pm, and pay only a fraction of the toll rate like 10% of the normal toll rate. By doing so, the non Chinese commuters will be attracted to non peak hour travel hence the traffic will be dispersed. This applies to all festive seasons. The above % increased and reduction is meant for further simulation to achieve the optimum traffic circulation. It will not be wise to have a majority of commuters choose to travel during non peak to enjoy the 10% fractional toll rate. Careful studies and trial simulation is required for this proposal to be successful.

I recently purchased from Sparks Tailors in Batu Ferringi. Generally the work was good to excellent. Ron sent me my final purchase, a dress via postal service and it turned up in about 3 weeks. Very nice dress too. I have read some things about Sparks since purchasing there and there do seem to be a lot of complaints, however I cannot complain about my experience.
