    This Kem Bina Semagat is a project built at the expense of Penang so that Penang will not be a bigger treat to Langkawi's aims(Mahathir's)to become a leading touring spot. What a waste of natural resources for PENANG. Instead of Kem bina semagat which is highly under utilised, imagine the economic return a few 5 stars hotel can generate. Just look at what happended to Pulau Jerejak, another sad story under BN goon. Real stupid.
