heard about penang and came down to check out and ended up in sunset bistro in ferringhi.on arrival ask the taxi driver the drinking holes and took us there. manage a room at ali guesthouse which was reasonably cheap jist across the road to our watery holes. man we had a graet time eating and drinking while enjoying the water sports available.one of our friends got stung by a jelly fish and the staff came running to assist and apply vineger.from then on our five days in penang we were glued to this place and only away for some sightseeing when the staffs suggest some place that we should visit.i am coming back again and thats for sure with families and more friends.....cheers sunset bistro and tq.

hidden secret of penang wonderful escape place. good food and great place to drench your thirst from afternoon to midnight. accessable by road and sea...i saw the guests came in by their speedboats and yachts...really cool man. situated under three huge ketapang trees that provide shades even during the hot sunny sun. spread out on sand the tables and chairs and no dress code even you can come barefooted. so much recreation on watersports with jetskis, parasailing, banana boats, sandbuggies and rent a boat to mongkey beach for daytrip for families and friends. they even have horses available for those interested in horse riding....great bargins.nice place for couples to romance, good place for friends to hangout and friendly place for families to be with...with the children playing in the sand while the parents have a glass or two within eye distance.friendly staffs with smiling faces where you know that you are welcome anytime and presents felt. recommended for nature lovers who love to see the sun set...
