IVORY Properties Group is on target to complete and deliver vacant possession of Birch the Plaza under Phase I of the Penang Times Square by September next year. Its general manager Chok Keng Vui said all commercial retail units and 85% of the 417 condominium units at Birch the Plaza have been sold, adding that there were very limited condominium units available. Strategically located along Jalan Datuk Keramat in the heart of George Town, Penang Times Square is to be built in four phases scheduled for completion by 2012. Birch the Plaza’s six-storey podium block consists of three floors of shops, two floors of parking bays and one floor of facility area, with an 18-storey condominium block on top of the podium. Chok said the superstructure would be ready by year-end and the remaining nine months would be spent on the amenities, adding that the units were expected to be fully sold by then. “We are not only delivering the hardware, the place will be managed by Ivory Properties Management,” he said. Piling works have also commenced for Birch Residency under Phase II, and it is due for completion by September 2009.

for me, the siam laksa is my favorite, it's a special taste of laksa that can only get it here at pulor :)but every cheif have their own way to cook the laksa that accept by diferrent ppl.
