    Located high up on a hill, its proper name is Arulmigu Sri Balathandayuthabani Temple. Its origin was a small shrine at the Waterfall in Botanical Gardens, and was relocated to its present site here in the 1835. Its major festival is Thaipusam in January/February, where thousands of devotees coming from all over the world throng this area. Other festivals celebrated at this temple are Karthigai Deepam in December, Skantha Sashti on the 6th day after Deepavali is celbrated, and other auspicious days in the Hindu Calendar. The temple will be relocated to a new site about 100 feet further above its present site to accomodate the increasing number of devotees. Work is already in progress to do the groundwork on the new premises, and is estimated to be completed in a few years' time.

    This is a very old South Indian Shiva Temple, which also has Lord Shiva's Consort, Shakti, in the form of Sri Mangalambigai, whose shrine is the one that is facing Jalan Dato Kramat. Owned by the Chettiar Community, it is a very holy temple that is very popular with Hindu devotees.

    The Environment is very nice... food can consider not so expensive if you think about the place... but... the service is bad... the waiter is slow to reach you... the boss should be improve about this.. if anyone wan to go.. have to drive safe.. the road is quiet hard to drive...
