    Such as waste of electricity lighting up the flyover here with flourescent lights at night. Worse of all, some of these lights are not functioning rendering this supposed "beatification" project an eye-sore. How embarassing... Stop wasting taxpayers' money on ill-conceived beautification projects!!!

    What an eyesore!!! Worse for houses next to this monstrosity. Cars are parked along the roadside impeding traffic flow. Terrible urban planning on the part of the Penang Municipal Council.
