    The worst place to stay. The management is terrible. This place sooo not clean. The residents' mentality are even worse. The so called security guards are not doin their jobs except for sitting at the entrance. So many mat rempit from nearby kampung can enter and exit to this place all they want. And the path way is full with double parked cars. The worse place to stay in Penang is here. I bought a house here and I absolutely regret it. No one wants to buy this house, I can only rent it...but with a very low rent :(
